The ring mule was made using techniques that can only be mastered by hand. They are a work of crafted brilliance that cannot be matched by the mass-produced market. Hand sewn and finished, the leather sings under the workman’s hands.

Wet molded/blocked leather ring detail. Soaked and pulled into shape, held and dried. Leaving beautifully crafted and tactile leather casing for lace.

Crafted from beautiful Vachetta vegetable tanned leather. This leather will naturally patina over time resulting in a silky-smooth finish.

All our shoes are made by a small group of highly skilled craftsmen and women here in the UK based out of our workshop in Ditchling.

*Please note that veg tan colours can change and mature under the influence of temperature and light exposure over time. Only getting better over time, with good care.
