We ship goods using Royal Mail's tracked service to ensure that you purchase arrives safely.

Following dispatch, please allow 1-7 working days for shipping to the UK and 3-10 working days for shipping to overseas.  Please see our banner at the top of the page for live information on dispatch/wait times.

Additional costs and charges (Europe and rest of the world)

Please note that Wove Shoes is not responsible for any customs fees, handling charges or locally applied VAT that your package may incur on reaching its destination country.  In purchasing goods from us the customer acknowledges that they are responsible for researching and paying any of these additional costs.

Returns

Shoes

All our shoes are made to order in the size and style of your choice, therefore once an order has been processed this is non-returnable. Purchase confirms agreement to these terms and conditions.

Each pair of shoes is hand-crafted to the highest quality, using sustainable materials and traditional shoe-making techniques. If you are unsure about sizing please check the size guide for more information. Please contact us with any questions if you are unsure.

We want you to be as happy with your purchase as possible, so it's worth taking a little time to explore the size guide to make sure the product is just right for you.

Other Goods

We love everything we make and hope you do too.  If you are sadly not fully satisfied with your purchase, our ready to order products (excludes shoes) can be refunded if returned within 14 days of delivery.  Please contact us via laura@woveshoes.com or using our contact form to arrange to return your order  You must notify Wove Shoes within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return your order. Unfortunately we cannot refund items if you do not contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 Items must be in their original, unused condition in their original packaging.  Please ensure that goods are adequately covered for compensation and retain proof of postage as Wove Shoes cannot be responsible for any items lost in the post.

 Please note we cannot refund original shipping costs and we are unable to cover the costs of postage to return items to us.

 Please notify us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery if you receive goods that appear to have been damaged in transit and retain all original packaging.
